Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If tree work on your property went badly, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
